RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from fuewer, return it to us within 30 days of receipt of your order for a full refund (less return shipping charges). Please review the instructions below to initiate a return.

To ensure that your return is processed accurately and promptly, please email us service@patriphonecase.store with the following information: Your order number and the reason for the return by indicating one of the following:

Not as described
Did not match the picture/image
Does not fit
Defective Merchandise
Shipped in Error
Package arrived damaged
Item/Parts missing
Does not meet my needs

Upon receipt of your request, a return authorization and link to the packing slip will be emailed to you that will include instructions for shipping the product back to us. Returned items must be in original (new) condition, with associated packing materials and packaging. Please note that returns made without a return authorization cannot be processed and will not be accepted. Once the product is received at our warehouse we will issue a refund for the merchandise amount plus any applicable sales tax. We cannot refund the original shipping charges. Please allow 2-4 weeks from receipt of your return for the credit to appear on the same account you used for purchase.
